Employment Application

The City of Gilroy’s Employment Application is available online! Please follow these simple steps to complete the application:

1. The City of Gilroy prefers that you complete the online application via the calopps.org website. However, if you do not have computer access and must complete a hard copy application form, please follow the remaining steps below.
2. The City of Gilroy Employment Application is available in PDF format. If you do not have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software already installed on your computer, click on the icon and follow the simple instructions at the Adobe site to install it.
   
3. Click here to open the Employment Application.
4. Print out the application and then fill out each space on the application form. It is preferred that you type your application responses, however if you are not able to type your application please print your responses very neatly. Be sure that all sections of the application are complete.
5. After checking that the application is complete and free of errors, the application must be signed by you. Once you have printed and signed the employment application, you may mail or deliver it to:

The position you are applying for may require that you include supplemental materials; please include them with the application when you deliver or mail it to the City.
