Second Chance Week

Doesn't Your Stuff Deserve a Second Chance?

In recognition of the many benefits of reuse, Gilroy, Morgan Hill and South County will be holding our 17th Annual "Second Chance Week" event September 7th through the 15th, 2019. Starting with the popular Gilroy Citywide Garage Sale on September 7th & 8th, there will be a full week of events designed to give your stuff a "Second Chance". The event ends with the Morgan Hill/South County Citywide Garage sale on September 14th & 15th.

With the goal of putting more used stuff back into circulation and keeping it out of landfills, "Second Chance Week" features a diverse range of innovative Reuse, Resale and Repair activities.

This year's events will include:

  • The popular South County Community-Wide Garage Sale
    • Gilroy: September 7th and 8th
    • Morgan Hill: September 14th and 15th
